No regime transit\u00f3rio de 2027, montantes acima de 500 euros podem ser pagos integralmente em julho ou divididos em duas frac\u00e7\u00f5es (julho e outubro). H\u00e1 isen\u00e7\u00e3o de IUC para novas matr\u00edculas\/registos, proporcional aos meses inteiros decorridos desde 1 de janeiro at\u00e9 \u00e0 data da matr\u00edcula."}
